Bar Graphs Vertical and Horizontal
Bar graphs or column graphs use bars of different
lengths to compare data.
Parts of a Bar Graph
Graph Title--provides an overview of the type of information given in
the bar graph.
Scale of the graph --the numbers on the side or on the bottom.
Bars--The bars are rectangular blocks that can have their base at
either vertical axis or horizontal axis
Axis --Each graph has two axes.
Example: Vertical bar graph.
Example: Horizontal bar graph.
