The greater than and less than symbols are use
to compare mixed number fractions.
> greater than < less than
When the whole numbers are the same, then the mixed
number with the largest fraction has the greatest value.
Examples:
4 2/3 > 4 1/3 7 1/5 < 7 3/5
6 3/4 > 6 1/4
When the whole numbers are different, the mixed number
with the largest whole number is bigger fraction.
Examples:
4 2/3 > 3 1/3 7 3/5 > 5 1/5
