Convert pounds to ounces

Multiply the number of pounds by 16

Example: 10 pounds = 10 x 16 = 160 ounces

 

Convert ounces to pounds

Divide the number of ounces by 16.

Example: 80 ounces = 80 รท 16 = 5 pounds
